May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract and if the booking is cancelled or changed, including changes to the dates, within 28 days prior to arrival and we are unable to re-let your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 90% of the total accommodation originally booked. This also applies to any changes (ie: reducing the number of nights that you stay) made to the booking after arrival. Holiday insurance is therefore recommended, especially for longer stays.
