May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract and if the booking is cancelled or changed, including changes to the dates, within 28 days prior to arrival and we are unable to re-let your room, we reserve the right to charge the equivalent of 90% of the total accommodation originally booked. This also applies to any changes (ie: reducing the number of nights that you stay) made to the booking after arrival. Holiday insurance is therefore recommended, especially for longer stays.
The drive to the house slopes and the parking area has a slight slope.
There are two shallow steps to the front door and a small threshold into the conservatory.
All bedrooms are on the first floor, there are 13 steps in the staircase which is not steep, each step is 8” high. The bannister is on the left hand side going up.
All the showers require stepping up over a sill, height between 6” & 10”.
The bath is normal height (20”), and has a variable height separate detachable shower.
The doorways are standard width at 29”.
